What plan or tier do you have? Another words, what speeds "should" you be getting?
Was that test done wirelessly? For troubleshooting purposes its best to test wired to the modem.
If test done already wired, what are you signal levels? You can find them at 192.168.100.1, unless a gateway. If a gateway, reply with what type and I can give specifics.
