Internet connection dropping

I have premier service and the internet connection is dropped every day consistently.  I have a netgear CG4500BD cable modem/router supplied by cox.  I connect computers/smartphones to the router wireless.  No ethernet connections.  Here are some connection signal pastes and event logs. It appears that SNR is not optimal, but not extreme. MAC addresses are edited.

Modem is connected directly to an outlet with no splits and no other electrical connections.

Please let me know what your thoughts are.

Your signal levels are very bad IMO. Your downstream levels are low(should be above 10), your downstream SNR is low (should be above 35) and your upstream levels are too high(should be below 50-52). Not only are your signal levels bad, but they look to change. Notice the first signal levels show your upstream at 57, which is so bad it can only bond one upstream channel.

"Modem is connected directly to an outlet with no splits and no other electrical connections. "

But how does the coaxial get to that outlet? Basically how does the signal get from the pole to the modem? If there are no connection points what so ever from telephone pole to modem, I would suggest scheduling a technician to come out.

Thanks.  there is a signal booster that is between demarc and cable outlets.  I have 3 set top box connections.  All being fed out of the booster.  My next test would be to split the main connection before the booster as discussed in other forums.

So cable from street > demarc > amp > 4 way splitter > 3 boxes and 1 gateway?

What kind of splitter and amp is it? In general, a gateway should not be on amp if at all possible. But besides that, looks like your signal levels are low even with the amp. Try to get the most direct connection from street to modem and then see what your signal levels are then. Direct to the demarc would be optimal for testing purposes. Once we know what the signal is coming from the street, I can make suggestions on amps and splitters.
