Insulation for ultimate
What is the installation requirements, have premier service and getting speeds below 10gbs at times other times 30 to 40gbs downloads uploads stay between 3 and 12gbs. Will this new package resolve issue?

The answer to your question depends on what is causing the slow speeds you're experiencing. Switching to a different tier without checking internal and external connections, outlets, the coax cable, and the modem may not solve the problem.
However, assuming that a service is scheduled to upgrade you to the Ultimate Tier, the answer is yes. The tech will check everything mentioned above and ensure you're receiving the correct speeds for the Ultimate Tier. Also, since we will be increasing the Ultimate Tier speeds in your area soon, the tech will probably install a new modem capable of handling speeds in the area of 200Mbps down, 20Mbps up.

I think you mean Mbps not Gbps. What modem do you have? It's model should be printed on a sticker. Are you connecting directly do it or though a router? If so, wired or wireless? Can't see if upgrading will help if we don't know what the problem is.

Those test results look consistent with proper Premier speeds. Is something going on?

To clarify, Premier is a 100/10 package. Ultimate would be 150/20 and is set to be increased in the near future for those with 16x downstream channel modems.

That modem should be a 16x4 and would be fine with the planned future increases.
