I'm very angry about my bill
I just received my bill on 2/2/2015 on Monday it went from $45.99 now to $49.99 that's ridiculous I'm barely making ends meat I'm on a fixed income, you will end up losing a lot of customers for keep jacking up the prices like that every year. What's next it will be $54.00 next year if you think about doing that, I will be looking for another internet company more like ** America online with dial up, if things don't change that's what will be happening.
The problem is that you and Verizon are both two greedy companies that need to get your priory straight or get with the program. I've been with Cox for 5-years there's no need to treat customers like this. I can't believe you people are getting away with it that shouldn't be aloud, since I'm in a very bad mood I should start looking around a lot sooner probably in May.
I know someone who worked for Verizon and he end up getting laid off because they were losing customers left in right, see where greed gets you know where.
