I want to view the olympics online through nbc olympics for the Sochi games 2014

I want to know why I have the Cox Advanced Preferred package but NBC Sports/olympics keeps asking the same user name password combination but I do have the correct tv package. What should I do to attain online access to the Sochi Olympic games?

Q: What is required for access to view "Live Streaming" video content?
A: You can access live streams of EVERY NBCSports event, with a cable, satellite or telco TV subscription that includes NBCSN. There is no additional charge for this service, simply login to NBCSports Live Extra using the Username and Password you use on your providers website. If you do not have, or do not know your Login information contact your service provider.
Other then that, makes sure your using your primary username. If your unsure, try logging into Cox.net as you would normally and try to read the bill, or something else only the primary username would be able to do. If you can't sign in there, its likly a username/password issue. Maybe try changing your password and deleting your temp files.
