I called and set the channels we want in trying to cut our cost.

I called and set the channels we want in trying to cut our cost.Now, I am living without channels I loved like DIY and some food channels and my bill has again grown to over $200.00 per month. With a a 9.99 phone and the internet goes down all the time...so much that I have no interest in working from home or getting my email on my mail computer.

I did take a look at the modem from this end and as far as the connection is concerned everything look to be as it should there.  Are you able to try connecting a computer directly to the modem then pushing the modem's reset button and see if that works any better?
