How do I get refunded for screw ups during prime time football games?
I sat and waited all day for my FSU game to start last night only for some ** to happen with the entire service.
Where can I find a way to get refunded for the lost day. Yeah I am saying that. This is intolerable.
Also, how do I check where the current outages are?

Let's see...1 hour out of 24, out of 30 days = 0.0416666666666667/30 = 0.001389. Which, with a $200 monthly bill, is about a 28 cent refund. Is my math correct? Would you prefer cash or check?
