How do I determine my local calling area area codes and prefixes from Poway, CA

The answer was already posted in Aug 2013 to http://forums.cox.com/forum_home/phone_forum/f/6/t/2123.aspx!  This looked like exactly the info I wanted.

However, both links in the 2 answers go to a Cox upgrade marketing site instead of the correct page. I copied a list from the Cox website to a pdf, in 2005, but the page is outdated by now, and had some segments missing. That page came from a Cox link that starts as http://www.cox.com/sandiego/telephone/localcall_results.asp?are, but searches today on any part of the link just go back to Cox upgrade marketing. With today's high prices, what I really need is a link to Cox DOWNGRADE opportunities.

I want a link to a page to local phone zones for the part of Poway in 858 area code with 485 prefix. I tried to confirm yesterday that zone 3 is considered local for Cox, but couldn't even find that info. Most tries lead back to upgrade marketing pages!
