How do I change my network name and wifi password
I have a wireless Cisco and I want to change my network name and password frequently. How would I do that?

Wireless Cisco what? Whats the model number? Should be printed on a sticker somewhere on the device.

Just go into modem settings and change it there....type http://192.168.100.1/ in browser and admin/password should be default

From browser, go to the website 192.168.0.1 and then Wireless > Basic Settings. See page 32-33 for more info on signing in, and page 41-42 of manual for wireless settings.
