To get started in the home network security check it says This application requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. I have IE 10.0 and when I click on Get Started it comes up with a message saying that I need IE 6.0 or higher. Well I have 10.0 that is higher than 6.0.. Has anyone else had this experience?

What operating system do you have? Could be a Java restriction.

I have the same issue. I have posted a complaint about this in the forum and have not received a response yet.

Do you get the pop up for the plugin? If the plugin doesn't load, you get that message. Doesn't so much mean its a browser conflict, just some conflict causing the plugin not to load.

Me too, I get a warning pop up, bypass it, it looks like it runs but doesn't install into my plugin. I will try on my XP machine tonight. Weird think is I know I have used it before/
May I ask why you marked my response as a answer? Did you find a solution?
