History Channel line up messed up

For at least a few weeks, the History Channel information description has been off by 2 hours. What you see in info does not get shown on the TV for another 2 hours. This is in the Tucson, Arizona area. Anyone else seeing this? I tried unplugging the box and powering it back up, but that didn't help.

soccertl,

I've been advised that we've opened a ticket to get the guide in your area fixed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

soccertl,

I can see how that would be frustrating. I haven't seen any other reports of this issue. Is the problem still occurring?

The History HD Feed was changed from East to Pacific (West) several weeks ago, in Arizona,

Tribune Media had it listed wrong for a few weeks, but it is correct now

TV Guide is still showing it wrong, as the East Coast Feed.

Soccertl, I'm looking into this now.

bryaninphx,   Does it happen on both your cable box and the TiVo?  I'm trying to determine if both Rovi and Contour are affected.

In Phoenix, Both TiVo (Tribune Media) and Rovi have the Correct listings for History HD 1061

I do not have Contour so I do not know.

But http://www.tvguide.com/Listings/  Phoenix and Tucson has it listing the East Coast Feed,

Huffington Post has the East Coast feed listed also:
http://tvlistings.aol.com/listings/az/phoenix/cox-communications/AZ02490|X

I am not sure if the OP is looking at online listings or Guide listings on their STB.

bryaninphx, all I have is the digital cable box from Cox and I am talking about the channel information that pops up when I press the Info button on the remote. You press it twice and get detailed information about the show. It is wrong and off by 2 hours. I have no idea what STB means.

STB is short for Set Top Box, or Cox Cable Box

It sounds like if you just have a Cox HD Cable box then it is the Rovi Guide listings for Tucson on channel 1036 that are stii on the East feed.

bryaninphx,

Thanks, as far as the Rovi guide goes, it seems the issue is isolated to Southern AZ and we are working to fix it. I'll be sure to report the website, though as we don't maintain the site I am not sure if or when that will be corrected. Specifically, I need to know if your own equipment is affected.

soccertl,

No problem! Hopefully the Rovi guide will be corrected quickly. I'll let you know if I hear otherwise.
