History Channel displaying the East Coast feed and West coast guide info

For several months now, I'm seeing the East Coast History Channel show feed with the West Coast show line up in the Contour Guide. This mismatch makes it impossible to record shows or easily select shows to watch. I've promised to have this issue fixed 4 times now. So far everything hasn't worked and just cost me lots of time. Rebooting the Contour, sending a reset to the box and whatever the tech support are trying while I'm on the phone with them doesn't work.

Why is this happening and happened last year around this time?

What type of guide or receiver do you have? in which city and state do you live? Do you have this problem on all your TVs?

I have the 6 receiver Contour (GSH9865). I'm in Santa Barbara, CA and yes all TVs display the History Channel line up 3 hours later in the guide. I've been asked to reboot the Contour, unplug for 5 minutes minimum, then plug back in, reset signals have been sent multiple times. The guide is off for both the Standard and HD channels. (55 & 1055)

Have you found SD and HD History channel to show the West Coast feed on your receiver and when watching TV Online here?

I don't ever watch TV on a computer. I have very nice large plasma TVs. That's why I pay Cox a lot of money for a Contour system.

I haven't been able to duplicate what you're seeing, or find a trend on this particular guide trouble at this time. I've submitted a ticket to have this investigated. Thank you for providing your market area, equipment, and that all TVs with a Contour IPG are showing the delay in the guide for channels 55 and 1055. On my previous reply, I was curious if you also found this repeated on the Contour 2 App, and TV Online, If so, I can attach this to the ticket as well.
