high def channel outtage

channel 1064 in Cox Orange County has been out for at least a few hours...strangely, channel 064 (non-high def Fox Sports West) is working o.k.  I've seen this before on other channels, where the high def channel is out while non-high-def is o.k.  Reported to customer support and re-booting both of my Contour boxes had no effect.  Seems to be a network problem that happens periodically.
