Holden777,

From what I can tell, everything is correct on your account. What error message do you see when tuning to channels between 25 and 52? Please check your lineup of channels according to your subscription at http://www.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.cox  some of the channels between 35 and 52 are not available to all packages in your area.

I don't get Disney or nic for example. I have nothing between 24 and 52 at all.

Holden777,

I want to be sure I understand. The channels between 24 and 52 are not detected after scanning via the TiVo menu? What happens if you attempt to tune to channels included in your subscription by manually punching them in with the remote?

Correct they are not found. I have a hdhomerun not a TiVo but I will try to manually enter one and see what happens. Any other things I can try?

got this from hdhomerun support. the tech came out today for almost two hours and still no better he swaped the card. I even upgraded my programing thinking it might be my "basic package" causing the problems. still no good got this from hdhomerun support. I have called now 6 or 7 times and still got nothing. what can be done to fix this. According to the Debug logs, your cable provider has not sent the list of channel authorizations to the CableCARD. It has not been validated. While it seems your card has been paired, it simply hasn't received the list of channels you subscribe to. Please note, communication to the cable card is one-way, and that the cable provider only knows the information you provide. Recommend contacting your cable provider and let them know you are NOT receiving the channels you are subscribed to. While the cableCARD is most likely undamaged, it simply hasn't been configured correctly, worst case, swapping the cableCARD or starting over "remove it from my account and add it back again" may get them to catch steps that they missed when configuring the card previously. Again, communication to the cable card is one-way, and that the cable provider only knows the information you provide.
