Hd Homerun and cable card problems
I have a hd homerun and a cable card and tuning adapter.
I cave called multiple times and still it doesn't work I have a tech set to come out on Tuesday but was hoping I might find help on the forum. my problem is I don't get all my channels. I get nothing from 25-52 and maybe others
any help would be great.

From what I can tell, everything is correct on your account. What error message do you see when tuning to channels between 25 and 52? Please check your lineup of channels according to your subscription at http://www.cox.com/residential/tv/channel-lineup.cox some of the channels between 35 and 52 are not available to all packages in your area.

I want to be sure I understand. The channels between 24 and 52 are not detected after scanning via the TiVo menu? What happens if you attempt to tune to channels included in your subscription by manually punching them in with the remote?
