Having to restart modem daily

I have a Motorola SB6182.  For the past week I've had to restart it daily.  It usually goes down around 4-5am MT.  I haven't called customer service yet.  Attached are the last few entries from the modem.  Any suggestions?

I don't see any problem from this end being reported from the modem itself.  Can you duplicate this issue without the router attached?

When I wake up, all modem lights are off except for the internet light.  Even the power light is off.  Narrowing it down, it looks like the modem crashes around the time the DHCP error occurs.  If you look at the log entries I posted, the date for the DHCP is the year 1970, not 2016 :-)

The year 1970 is what the modem defaults to after being power cycled/reset and before receiving DHCP information from our network. This isn't a symptom of a problem. Please test without your router connected by hard wiring a PC directly to the modem and let us know if the problem continues.
