Harassing Call # on Do Not Call list
We have received over 100 automated phone calls from a number (855-622-3500) and after 10 or so calls, I put their number on the registry. I did it a second time, giving information on the dates and times of their calls, but they still call twice a day and no one is ever on the line. What more can I do? I have kept my phone unplugged for the past month, but they still call my number. I am thinking about giving up my phone but I have had the same number since 1976, and as my husband and I are in our 70's we need a reliable phone line for emergency services. I don't want to have to pay extra $$ block calls and understand that Sprint was fined today for not honoring the do not call registry requests for a number of its customers. I didn't reaize that the phone carrier was responsible for do not call registry.

Perhaps you could contact the agency that is calling and put in a complaint? Unfortunately, they look to be bill collectors, so they don't have to follow the do not call list. Here is their contact info. FYI this is public info from google.
