General/Off topic Forum?
I understand why you would want a App forum but has there been any thought of bringing the General Forum back? There seems to be a convenience space open to the right of App Forum. I think it would make a nice place for customers to hang out to socialize and talk about stuff related to Cox but not supported by Cox. Like non Cox networking, or issues with gaming, or home audio systems. Also it would serve as a place for forum questions and comments, like this one. :-)

What we noticed was that the general forum started to become a general catch all for issues that weren't necessarily best addressed in a forums type format. We actually have though about setting up a water cooler type space for lack of a better term, I'll be sure to share your interest with our team.

Good point. I saw that too. But then again removing the General Forum doesn't get rid of posts like that, it just seems to move them into the other tabs. I see the dilemma though, how to allow for socialization while still maintaining order. Could you make it read only to first time posters? Perhaps a 10 post count minimum. I think that would help because the majority of the people posting off topic threads register, post, and then never reply. Just an idea.
