Fox News HD

The channel line up shows Fox News HD to be on 789. When I punch 789 to the remote it goes to 790. Guide does not show 789???

Hi OKGlide, try a power reset on the cable box to reload the channel guide. Unplug the power cord from the cable box for at least 2 minutes, then plug it back in. The process to reload can take up to 30 minutes and may not be completed even if you see a picture on screen.
