Foscam / Data / Ftp ..
1. Anyone using a Foscam FR305 in Repeater mode only.???
........Trying to boost my cox wireless modem signal strength around far points of my home.
2. Any idea on how much data usage would be used using a H.264 Ip camera a month...ballpark..??
3. Anyone using a FTP on cox residential......not sure how to ask this one
I want to send / transfer pictures or video from my ip cam to my pc ..and or Cox Cloud....make sense ??

What gateway do you have? Making the repeater work would be more about configuring the Foscam device correctly then anything wrong with the gateway. How is it not working?
Also FTP should work fine, but I don't think you can use it for cameras. It is a file transfer protocol, not streaming. What security camera system do you have?

I meant the model numbers when I asked what kind. But I think the repeater function is a bit outside scope, maybe try Foscam forum?
As for FTP, should work fine with the gateway. If your asking how, see this webpage. Or if you already did configire it, how is it not working?

Next step to try and config Cam FTP to PC now
Can multiple cams use same ftp port ( 21 ) ?
