Extremely annoying "Your windows drives need updating, your computer is ready to crash"
While I understand the need to advertise and make money, do we (COX Customers) really need to be constantly bombarded with the bright red flashing “YOUR SYSTEMS IS ABOUT TO CRASH !!! UPDATE YOUR WINDOWS DRIVERS NOW”
This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I would expect COX to have a little more respect for their customers. One of these times my wife is going to click one of these stupid ads and end up crashing her computer at which point Cox will need to deal with her. That would force COX do a little better QA/QC and teach them a lesson.

This happened to a family member of mine. Had to take the day to drive up to her house to repair it. I have made several threads on the issue and had been told it had been corrected. I guess greed can't be corrected. It really is pathetic.

Thanks, but I've mentioned this before and was told I was corrected, so I'm not holding my breath, but thanks for replying

That's exactly what I'm worried about I know that my wife is going to click one of those and trash her computer and this time I'm just going to make COX fix it. Maybe if we can get enough people complaining they actually address it. But you're right it all comes down to money !
