equipment return time limit
I called recently to cancel my services and was told I would be shipped a box to return my equipment. I have 1 main dvr box, two client boxes and phone modem...only the main unit fits in the box shipped to me. You guys recently closed down the local store and it'll be another week before I can make it to the main store in Baton Rouge. How long is the grace period before I'll be penalized. Thanks.

Applicable equipment charges are typically added to your account about 2 weeks after your account is deactivated. Please email the the details of your inquiry and the following information to cox.help@cox.com so I can investigate and make sure the necessary boxes are sent out to you.
Your full name
The account holder's name if different from yours
Your complete address including city and state
The Cox PIN or last 4 digits of the account holder's Social.
