Enhanced Email
For some reason, I now have to log in through a drop, down selection and select "Enhanced" then enter my zip code to get into enhanced email. In the past, I just logged in and was into enhanced email. Is there some way to lock-in the enhanced email option? Thanks.

Works for me. What browser are you using and what version?
Chrome 48 on Windows 7 64bit. I sign into webmail.cox.net, enter username/password, check off "Remeber Username" and enhanced webmail then login. If I close the window and re-open a new window for webmail.cox.net it signs me right into Enhanced. If I log out and close the window, when I open a new window for webmail.cox.net "Enhanced Webmail" is still checked. This is saved by a cookie that usually last 24 hours. Sounds like you have something blocking cookies. When you find what is, you might still need a ad-on to extend the life of the cookie past 24hours.
Or if you want, save a shortcut for https://webtop.east.cox.net/ and should default to the Enhanced login.
