Not sure how else to put this, and not to be blunt, but you can't. There is no Cox user database accessible by the public. Maybe check Facebook or LinkedIn ?

Which step of this process are you getting stuck?
And was there a problem with the computer that made you want to do the check to start with? All the Health check does is look for a Antivirus and anti malware and a couple of those things. See here for more info on it.

You have asked multiple times if Cox can look up someone by their email address for you, and the answer is no. That is a invasion of privacy for that person.
If your looking for someone, I assume you know their name, so I would start on Facebook. Most of the people search sites are scams to get your money. You can also try yellowpages.com

Hi Tom,
I removed your email address from this post for your safety.
There are many websites that can help you locate old friends! Do a Google search for "people search" to see all your options.

There are many email address lookup tools on the web. Go to www.google.com and type in "free email address lookup."
We don't have any way to assist you with your search, but you may find success if you harness the power of Google. Google is the all-knowing, all-powerful Oracle of the internet! Put Google to work for you.

Hi tom1, what internet browser are you using to search for the product? I put the search term "FIX10 PC Cleaner 2012" in Google and was able to find several hits. Give it a try and see if it works for you.

What are you trying to find a website for? Almost sounds like some kind of malware. Are you trying to get rid of it?
