No problem at all, I submitted a ticket. It may take 24-72 hours before the ticket is updated or resolved. You can follow-up with support using ticket number HLP000005943331.
I will report this issue for you, was there a typo on the original inquiry? I see that you have 1305 listed twice, did you mean that it had no sound in HD and SD as well? I want to make sure I submit the ticket with the proper information.

Sorry for the confusion. It's episodes 1305 and 1306 on SD. There is sound but no picture on both episodes. Just a black screen with sound.
