Download and Upload speed droping

This started a few months ago when my download and upload speed drop to almost nothing Normal speed i was getting was 60 Down 15 UP. Since this started i have had 2 Tech come to my home to try and fix it, it started working like normal for 1 month and 3 days ago it started again. I am getting anywhere from 0.11-3.45 down and 0.02-2.15 up this happens randomly every day it last for anywhere from 15 min to several hours.

I want this problem solved

I'm just another customer, but those upstream power levels are approaching the maximum supported level.  It is as if your modem is having to SCREAM to hold an upstream connection.

Further, the downstream levels are "within spec", but the closer they can be to 0 dBmV, the better.

From your side, you should check to make sure that all cables are secure and are RG-6 Quad Shield.  You also only want to have one 2-way splitter for the modem ahead of everything else in the house, with 1 output going to the modem and the other output going to another splitter.  If you only have internet service, then you should go direct to the modem without any splitters or amps.

Beyond that, Cox needs to help you.
