Disconnected from "Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request"
Does any know what this is?
Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM-MAC=1c:1b:68:a1:6d:3f;CMTS-MAC=00:12:d9:54:26:c0;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
This is from my modem's event log. Every time this happens I get disconnected from the internet.

The table below contains the log of events that the SBG6782-AC has detected. This log can be important to the service provider to help diagnose and correct problems, if any should occur.

Can you try testing a wired connection and see if it has the same problems?

Wireless interference doesn't cause T4's. What are you gateway's signal levels?

Have you had any success in solving the issues? Because, I'm having very similar issues. I have a Surfboard SBG6782 cable modem. I have to reset several times to even hope to get on line and then only one or two of my devices will be able to connect. This all started about a week ago. I've called tech support twice and their advice is to reset my modem and unplug it. Hasn't solved a thing. Below is my event log with MAC deleted. Have you had any success in solving the issues? BTW Wired or wireless give me the same issues

I looked from this end and the modem is reporting poor signal levels. Are there any cable splitters you can try bypassing to see if that helps?

The issue is not the wireless. My computer is hard wired to the modem. I have tracked this for two weeks now. It has been very frustrating.

The only cable splitter I am aware of is at the cable box. There are four cables from the box into the house.

The statuses listed show the connection state of the cable modem contained within the SBG6782-AC. They are used by your service provider to evaluate the operation of the cable modem.

Chris,
It happens with both wired and wireless connections.

Do you have cable or phone with Cox? If so, any problems there? In general, your signal levels are on the low side. I would suggest a technician.
