Currently on "Preferred" & considering "Premier"

I feel like the "Preferred" internet service that I currently have is good, but I need more bandwith for some of the online services that i use such as gaming, streaming and cloud service.  I usually run around 20MB per second download speed on preferred with my current setup in Hampton VA.  Can anyone relay their thoughts on "Premier" internet vs "Preferred" regarding download and upload speads in the Hampton Roads area (not sure if area is a huge difference)?
