I am a cox subscriber, and I am also an independent IT consultant.
One of my clients is a local small business that uses Bluehost to host their website and email system.
NONE of the emails they send to cox.net addresses EVER arrive.
This is a major issue, and needs to be resolved asap. Can a Cox Tech, or forum mod refer this question to the appropriate department, or give me some contact info, so I can escalate this?

First thing off top of my head is to check the Mx blacklists and make sure their mail server has a PTR. Both of of these would produce a bounce back though. Can you include some info on the problem?
What domain are they sending from?
Can people on Cox send to them?
Can you include the logs of the email leaving the Bluehost server?
PS. I am not a moderator, just trying to help.
