Cox Small Home Business, where do I inquire about this?
I've heard a lot about this recently as I've been having problems with increasing data and data overages.
Where can I see more about this or speak with someone about this?
Do these residential business plans have a data cap themselves?
What are the different plans?
My household does a lot of gaming and streaming.
I tried speaking with someone on the live chat about it, but all they told me is that "we don't know about business plans." and didn't give me anymore information regarding where I can learn more about these plans.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

"Do these residential business plans have a data cap themselves?"
Most Cox Business(CB) Internet plans I have heard of do not have data caps. The network, and thus your bandwidth, is still monitored for "unusual activity", but that's more for maintenance purposes then to appose any kind of restriction.
"What are the different plans?"
The plans seem to vary more state to state then the residential. Here is one site that gives some pricing. Here is a PDF explaining some of the features and a site showing the different tiers. Be sure customize it to your area by putting in your Zip code in the top right.
While CB internet has it perks, like multiple IP's to allow open NAT gaming, and same day technicians, there are certain things you also need to consider. First, assuming you wouldn't be keeping your Residential internet plan, you would lose everything that is attached to it. This includes your @cox.net email, and although you would be provided multiple different email address, the domain wouldn't be the simple user@cox.net you may be used to. You would also have to change over to the CB equivalent of any data backup or Anti-virus you use of Cox's. You would also loose access to certain streaming media outlets that Cox offers, like the "Advanced TV" and ESPN.go.com sites, but sites like Netflix and YouTube would still work normally. Last, you might lose certain discounts that come from having all 3 services with Cox Residential, although I have heard of some Sales representatives getting creative with that.
"didn't give me anymore information regarding where I can learn more about these plans."

Thanks, I will contact the sales department sometime next week and try to get something sorted out.
I'm in Arizona, the prices for Business Internet where I'm located at are quite a bit cheaper than in California.
I don't really use any of the cox features such as the cox email or espn go. The only big difference appears to be the loss in speed for the price, unless you start getting into much more expensive tiers.
Thanks for the info.
