cox online backup is a joke { i hope someone high up in cox sees this!!! }

why offer 10tb of storage then limit up and download speeds to under 600kbs on a connection of 150mbs its gonna take so long to do any kind of backup it is not worth it it took over a month to upload 124 gb so how would anyone ever be able to use  the 10 tb of storage being offered with my internet package offered  

too bad i would of loved to be able to backup 6 tb or more but id never be able to get it done in a year i contacted online backup and they said nothing can be done

im just sorry cox put a good net name on a bad backup server

after spending a hour on hold thinking there was a problem they told me to use a online storage like mega or rapidshare and go out and buy more hard drives 4 large backups any the online backup was not to be used for big backups 

i was more then a little insulted when i pay $117 a month for service i shouldn't have someone using  your name telling me to go and spend money somewhere else i feel that was very uncalled for and i am a bit pissed about it i hope someone high up in cox sees this and does something to change things 

whats the point?
