Cox online backup does not support Mac OS Lion -released Oct 2010?!
When WILL you support OS 10.7?
Mac OS Lion 10.7 has been out since October 2010 and Mountain Lion is slated for release this summer.Something tells me Cox will support windows 8 before it supports the Mac OS released over a year and a half ago....
Please don't even suggest using the web interface to backup gigabytes worth of data. Besides, the security certificate has expired for the web interface!

I don't see why using the web interface would be any different then using a program... It's going to upload either way and at the same speed. You can even minimize the browser window you're using while it does that.

The web interface is virtually useless. It can upload files, but not folders. Nobody in their right mind wants to manually dig through folder after folder to upload files. A native Mac client that supports a recent version of OS X would be appreciated.
