Cox Internet Ultimate related questions

What is the bandwidth cap?  How high is the guaranteed speed (do not include powerboost)?  Are there any plans that offer more than this level of service?  Is there any way to increase the bandwidth cap on a plan without upgrading the service as a whole?

The advertised speeds are "up to" speeds and not guaranteed however we're more than happy to help with any performance issues you're experiencing.  Data allowances are tied to the tier of service, more information on that can be found by visiting http://www.cox.com/policy.
