Cox has chronic outages for Olympic coverage on the NBC channels, and video outage on MASN - Why, and what is Cox doing to correct this problem?

That would frustrate me as well. I have been watching the Olympic mostly on NBC with no issue.  Where are you located as it sounds like it is an issue at your home or in your neighborhood that Cox may not know about.

I am in the Roanoke, VA area and am having the same problem with CNBC-HD.  It has been "out" since the Olympics began.

Have you checked your connections? Power cycled your box?  if those did not help did you call to report the missing channel.  We can help you TS on the forums but if the channels just does not work you have to let Cox know.

So far during the Olympics, the NBC channel (and others) become pixelated and finally drop off the air... Other channels are effected also... The TV and the  internet become unusable because the connections keep going off and on... This is occurring in Suffield CT
