Cox E-mail & web mail down??

my email is down too. glad to know i'm not the only one at least. i wonder how many others are affected?

Probably the whole East Coast? They used to post alerts about issues. No more I guess... :0(

COX - when are you going to have the email exchange up and running??????

When trying to manually log in to the west coast server I get -ERR mail storage services unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again.  On the east it won't even let me try to log in.

My email is down also. It is 6pm. Does anyone have info? By the way, I have been haviing trouble with certain cable stations also.

Yep I call tech suport and the guy said he couldn't connect either

COX!!!   It sure would be nice to have an easily found STATUS of the network.

A company who prides itself on support would have that.

Mine is down, too, has been since 3:46pm. 

This is the longest my email has ever been down with Cox...they must have serious issues.  Surprised they do't use the forum to let people know what's going on.

mines down in NOLA. havent been able to get email since 2

the live support chat is down too. 

Strangely, I am able to log in and check the email that cox considers to be my primary account (but I haven't used it in years), but I can't check any of the email accounts that I actually use.  

so i just called and there is a message that they are aware of the problem and their engineers are working on it.

ok its back, but i dont have any email between now and 2:30 central
