Cox Bundles

Do any packages come with one cable box? I spent close to 2 hours on the phone getting the pass around by the clueless techs(not their fault, I know). I have just been trying to get the service I originally signed up for(gold bundle for new customers). When I signed up I was told it comes with one HD receiver, so I added one more. 

I have now been told it comes with nothing, no boxes by some and some say yes, it comes with one box included. The techs are not informed on this. Now that I have my 2 boxes they have me on the bronze bundle(paying for gold) and paying extra for both boxes instead of one. 

I have been told so many conflicting things, I am so close to being done with cox all together and canceling my bundle and service all together.
