Once you are on that channel you will use the arrow keys around the select key to move the highlight box to a different channel.  You can then hit select and that the box will change to that channel.

Tried it....nothing.  I am 100% sure this is operator error.  I need the forum folks to put on their doofus hats and say try pressing this button Bob.

The Zone Channel is a great Trio feature! You can watch several channels at once without a Picture-in-Picture (PIP) capable TV.

Are you able to get to the Zone Channel with the 6 thumbnail videos?

To access the Zone Channels in the Trio program guide:

1. Press the Menu button on the remote.
2. Scroll down and select Interactive Services.
3. Select Kids Zone, News Zone, or Sports Zone.
4. Use the up, down, right, and left arrow buttons on the remote control to navigate through the Zone Channels screen.

As you highlight each thumbnail video:

• An info banner displays more information about the selected program.
• You can choose to record the program if you have the Cox DVR service.
• As you change the selected thumbnail, the audio changes accordingly.
• You can highlight a thumbnail and press Select on the remote to access only that channel full screen.
