Contour User Guide
I recently exchanged my DVR with a Contour DVR box at a local COX retail store. There was no user guide in the box with the Contour unit. Using COX support online, I have found a user manual in as a .pdf file which I have downloaded. The file is labeled as "Trio_User_Manual.pdf", not what I expected. How can I obtain a hard copy user manual? Just printing what I downloaded is not a viable option as the manual appears to be 144 pages long.

What model DVR do you have with the Contour IPG? Are there particular questions about the features, or settings that you're looking for on the receiver?

Contour used to be called Trio.
