Contour Client Not The Best Trade-off

I noticed that the client box is not as functional as the previous set-up. We are unable to rewind live shows.  A previous capability not available and may not be worth keeping this plan

Also - before adding this "new" upgrade we never lost hi speed internet - never.  Now we lose it every night.  During installation, the technician started adding attenuators all over the place.  If I knew then what I know now - I would never have added Contour.  What a disappointment.
