Can anyone tell me what an error message IA09 indicates? This flashes on my client box along with APP.

IA09 is a generic message that appears when the receiver timeouts waiting for the clock to be set for application authentication. Have you tried resetting the box by unplugging the power for about 1 minute and then reconnecting the power? Let us know if this helps.

Tried this Renee and after the resetting of the application This was on my TV screen in a big blue box: "Your cable set top box has detected a problem during its startup process that prevents you from accessing cable TV services at this time." At the middle of this same screen: "Error starting initial app. Code:IA09". At the bottom of the screen: "Launching Initial Application"
