Contour box keeps re-booting

Contoured box turns off then starts to reboot. Everything starts working for 15 -20 minutes, then it turns off. Then it re-boots. Not sure what's going on.

Is the power cord plugged into a surge protector? If so, I suggest moving it to a wall outlet.
