Noticed yesterday things were a bit slower than usual. This afternoon the modem was dropping in and out. SB6121 prior to today usually had 3 bonded channels with an upstream power level about -45.
Rebooted with no measurable effect. Moved the modem from its dedicated line to the tv line in the other room where it actually reconnected with one channel and upstream about -49. back to dedicated line and again connected with one channel and -49 upstream.
Here is the signal info currently:

Last time this happened had a neighbor that nicked the line running through her yard. The phone and tv suffered noticeably, this time still have tv and phone (plus neighbor moved out months ago, house still vacant).
Hoping there's an easy answer like cox is working in the area. perhaps its a sb6121 issue like the other poster?
Thanks in advance

reconnected everything and back to 3 channels but still getting forced reboots, log from last reboot moments ago

even the cox speedtest shows varying results, there is an obvious lag during the test most times.

Signal quality being reported by the modem is extremeley poor which is the likely explanation for the issues you're seeing. I would trying bypassing any cable splitters you can and/or checking your cables/fittings for any obvious problems. Beyond that a service call may be required to investgiate further.

no splitter on the modem end, line comes out of the ground and into the cox box where I assume it is split to the tv line and the separately installed modem line. nothing changed at all indoors until the problems started and now its all back.
