Connection speed
After having internet speeds of 1-3MB. I finally upgraded to DOCSIS 3 modem. After the upgrade I'm still seeing slow speeds. I have the preferred package which is supposed to be a 50 MB connection. I've tested from the modem directly with different devices, and changed the cabling (Coax and Ethernet). What else could be the issue?

I will need to look at the account and make sure that you have the proper codes. If they are not correct, you won't get the speeds you're supposed to. Please send an email to cox.help@cox.com with the name, address, and last four of the SSN on the account. We'll figure this out.
