Netflix has nothing to do with Cox. Are you trying to connect a Netflix device? DVD? Roku?

I have a wireless set up and when I try to bring up Netflix with the new Cox (I just switched from Century link) it prompts me to call my service provider. Wouldn't that be Cox or is it referring to Netflix? Thx

What type of device are you trying to connect to Netflixs on? PC, Tablet, Smart TV, etc.?

What is "it"? How do you have "it" set up? Alot of times devices have generic messages that you shouldn't take literally.
