Cisco modem DSA321N frequent disconnects,

dns not found often, on mobile devices apps are slow to load like snapchat its faster is I use my phones network . just looking for software update for the modem its super annoying

I can help you with the slow connection you're having. Is this happening on only wireless devices? Have you reset your modem/router recently?
