can't pay bill!!

I have tried to access bill pay online for 2 weeks to pay my bill.  I have tried from mobile app, mobile website and computer website and all the same issues.  Every page is either blank or 'Oops".  I have gone onto the forums and looked at every possible link you have put on there and still NOTHING!  Apparently this issue has been going on since October and you still can't figure it out?!  Really?!  I need someone to get a hold of me so I can get this resolved!

I'm glad you reached out to us through the Forums! The fact that you are getting a white page when you log in tells me that your User ID may be out of sync with your active Cox account. Sometimes, when you transfer services to a different address, the User ID gets hung up and doesn't sync with the new account number. So that we can fix this for you, please email our team at Cox.Help@cox.com. Include a link to this post, your full name, address, and the Cox PIN (or last 4 digits of your SSN).
