Same here, and the HD Channel 1090 is saying the same error. We were redirected from 1103.
No information on channel changes FAQ Cox posts - so wondering why this was removed?

This happened to me on both Channel 90 / 1090 after I was directed from Channel 103 /1103. Now that the offices are closed, I have no way of adding the channel to watch it until tomorrow. (As a shift worker, I actually watch TV overnight). A bit of advance notice would have been at the very least, considerate to customers.

I'm not sure what is going on however I am able to access content in the free zone until we can call the center. Channel 1, select free zone, select cable TV networks, select ID Discovery. There are many titles to choose from.

Just got off the phone with Technical Service (to whom I was directed by Customer Service). He reset my cable box which allowed me to get Channels 90 / 1090. According to the rep I spoke with, this problem is local to the Omaha area, and has made the 'trend report', so others have phoned in with the same problem. He didn't understand why the system didn't automatically add this channel when it was moved... Hope this helps.
