Can't access phone tools

3 technicians at a local Cox Solutions store were not able to help me and said that I had to log on and access phone tools.  I have tried since 3pm yesterday and started again at 5:30am this morning and all I get is the following canned message:

"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties to load your profile. We are aggressively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Your ability to access the Internet and other parts of this site is not affected.  Please log off and try later.

When will this be resolved for all customers?

Hi Choirboy, we're happy to investigate the account and address the issues outlined in your message, however; we will need additional information from you in order to do so.

** DO NOT POST PERSONAL INFORMATION IN THIS PUBLIC FORUM **
Please email us (cox.net@cox.com) with the following to allow us to access your account: 
- Full name on the account (as it appears on the billing statement)
- Complete home address (including city/state)
- Four digit Cox PIN, (the PIN is listed on page 1 of your bill under the account number)
- User id (the one that you are using to log in with)

Please reference this thread in your email to us. Once we have the account information and Cox PIN for verification we can investigate the issue.

** Note: if you do not know your Cox Pin, you may provide the answer to your secret question to verify your account.
