Cannot get last night's episode of American Idol on the FOX site with my COX credentials

Cannot get last night's episode of American Idol on the FOX site with my COX credentials.

Last night's show does not yet appear in my 'ON DEMAND' cox system.

However I do have a COX website login and pasword that I have used to directly visit E! Online, submit my Cox creds, and that allows me to see full episodes of "Fashion Police".

However, I visit the FOX site and click on the video image for last night's American Idol, and it presents me with a login screen, to which I Choose cox communications and then provide my cox credientials.. but I am returned to the same screen showing the American Idol teaser image, and it still says I have to login. I am certain I am giving it my correct cox credentials because I just logged off and back on the Cox site successfully with those credentials.

What is wrong here?

How can I watch last night's episode of American Idol without waiting for it to show up on my ON DEMAND Cox access, when I see that the FOX website shows it is available for them to show right now, supposedly if I supply my Cox credentials.

Hi podnego, check to make sure you are using your primary Cox log in. Please post the link to the Fox website that you are using. If your Cox log in is working then the issue may be with the site.

I click on the first video player image (Season XIV Auditions: New Orleans), it brings up a choice of TV providers, and I click COX Communications, then I click a button to sign in with your TV provider, then I get a COX url:

Then I put in my credentials and hit its sign in button.

I am immediately returned to :

http://www.americanidol.com/full-episodes

And nothing has changed. If I click again on the video image for Season XIV Auditions, I am again presented with a screen to choose my TV Provider... it is an endless loop with no feedback anywhere about where the problem might be: with Cox or American Idol.... or with my credentials. But again, I use them directly to sign into cox and see my cox account, no problem.

Is the account you are using to login with the primary email account?

By "primary email account" do you mean the email address string that displays when I am logged into Cox as user podengo, hover over the "My Account" link at top, then move the cursor to "Identity and Preferences" , click it , then see page "My Account Profile & Settings" and then see an email under section Contact Information labeled "Contact Email:"?

If so, it is not 'podengo', but I have tried that contact email address as the login id with my normal Cox password (the password that works with cox using login "podengo"), and that does not work either on the americanidol website... any suggestions on what I can do to see the American Idol New Orleans Show of 1/22 using my laptop and the americanidol website?

I just tested with my own credentials at http://www.americanidol.com/  and after I signed in at the Cox login box it brought me back to the American Idol page with a Cox logo at the top right corner. Since I had already clicked on an episode to prompt the login, after waiting a moment the episode began to play. Are you seeing the Cox logo at the top right on the American Idol website or are you seeing the Cox sign in page again?

I am seeing neither. I am immediately returned to the American Idol website page after I click to login on the cox page, however, there is no cox logo displayed on the american idol website page. It looks exactly the same as it did before I clicked in the area of the New Orleans video (The first one listed today). I took a video of it with my phone, if you want me to email it to you if put it up somewhere on the web for you to see.
