Cannot find my PIN on my on-line statement

I asked a question about my billing for this month (went up over $9.00 yet my cable went up only $2.00)....I sent an e-mail and was told that I needed to put down my pin number (not account #) and it could be found on the right top corner of page 1....but it is not there!

Do you see XXXX instead? Or is the bill blank? 

Either way, all we can do here is help solve any technical problem your having, no one here can change or tell you your PIN. 

With that said, do you have or ever had phone service on your account? If not, the PIN may not be needed. If it is, you may have to go to one of the Cox stores with Photo ID to reset it. Good luck.
