Cancelling Service?
I'm trying to find a way or link to cancel my service. Anyone have a form or link?
Tired of watching my bills increase... $29.99 starting then 57.99 now 62.99? Are they milking the cow now, knowing Google fiber is going to mop the floor with them later? Google hits town and Cox will be begging for customers at less than half what they charge now.

You have to call. But this was more a rant then a question I think.

Maybe it was a rant, especially when I search for an hour online to try to cancel service.

Seriously though, I find the most straight forward way of canceling service is just bringing all Cox equipment to the store and let them know. As long as your under no contracts, they will do all the paperwork. Worst that will happen is some services (like cable) you will still be charged for until they can send someone out there to physically turn off at the pole. I did this when I moved out of Cox's footprint for a few months.
